法規依據： 依據《志願服務法》第九條的規定，為提昇志願服務工作品質，保障受服務者之權益，本校擬辦理志願服務計畫課程。
計劃目的： 本學期辦理「特殊訓練」課程，藉由多元主題的訓練課程，擴展本校學生服務的視野、吸取更多寶貴的服務經驗、醞釀並內化成自身服務的能量，進而提升服務之成效。
召募對象：本校服務學習課程教學助理及社會服務隊同學，限額80名。
活動簡介：延續過去服務經驗，發揮「在地連結」與「人才培育」之精神。與新北市石碇區觀光發展協會合作，於烏塗溪步道進行淨溪活動，並於石碇在地信仰中心—集順廟，進行導覽與服務工作。
活動時間與地點：112年11月18日(六)0900~1700 培訓時數：8小時
活動認證：全程參與訓練者，發予特殊訓練結業證明書
報名方式：採線上報名。
活動內容：淨溪活動，在地文化體驗與服務。

■說明事項：
1.為因應教育部「大專校院推動服務學習及志願服務注意事項」，擬辦理志願服務特殊訓練，以「出隊」為單位，每單位至少1人「全程」出席，訓練課程結束後，將頒發基礎訓練結業證書。
2.服務學習TA參加本課程者，不得占用服務隊名額（若有同社團服務隊同學與TA同時參加，為1+1人。）
3.欲申請教育部青年發展署海外志工補助者，為符合其補助資格，建議參加。
4.未完成繳交將減少該隊補助經費3,000元，且不得以非本次培訓所發之證明抵免。
【Volunteer Service Special Training】November 18, 2023, in Shiding District, New Taipei City. Registration deadline: November 10, 2023.
Regulatory Basis: In accordance with Article 9 of the "Volunteer Service Act," and with the aim of improving the quality of volunteer service work and safeguarding the rights and interests of service recipients, our university plans to organize a volunteer service program.
Program Objective: In this semester, we will conduct a "Special Training" program aimed at expanding the horizons of our university students' service, acquiring valuable service experience from a diverse range of training courses, nurturing and internalizing the spirit of service within themselves, and thereby enhancing the effectiveness of their service.
Recruitment Target: Teaching assistants for service-learning courses and students in the social service team at our university, with a limit of 80 participants.
Activity Overview: Building on past service experiences, we aim to foster the spirit of "local connections" and "talent development." We will collaborate with the Tourism Development Association of Shiding District, New Taipei City, to conduct a river cleanup activity along the Wutu River Trail and provide guided tours and service work at the Jishun Temple, a local cultural and religious center in Shiding.
Date and Location: November 18, 2023 (Saturday) from 09:00 to 17:00 Training Hours: 8 hours Activity
Certification: Participants who complete the entire training will receive a certificate of completion for special training.
Registration Method: Online registration.
Activity Content: River cleanup activity, local cultural experience, and service.

■Notes:
In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Guidelines for Promoting Service-Learning and Volunteer Service in Higher Education Institutions," we will organize special volunteer service training.
Each unit should have at least one person attending the training "throughout the entire program," and a basic training completion certificate will be issued after the training course.
Students serving as teaching assistants for service-learning courses who participate in this program should not occupy slots in the service team (if students from the same organization's service team and teaching assistants participate simultaneously, it will be counted as 1+1 person).
Those who intend to apply for the Youth Development Administration's overseas volunteer service subsidies are advised to participate.
Failure to complete the required submissions will result in a reduction of the team's subsidy by NT$3,000, and it cannot be offset by certificates obtained from other training programs.
